We wanted to remind everyone that the DPECA Special Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday February 21, 2024. Please plan to attend because the meeting will determine whether DPECA will continue as an association to represent ALL Dean Park Estates residents. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Mctavish Academy of Arts located at 1720 McTavish Rd in North Saanich. The meeting was postponed from January 17 because of the snow for safety reasons. However, we are aware that not all of you received the notification of this by email on January 16.
We have attached the Agenda and some materials for the meeting. Please read them ahead of the meeting so that you can understand all the issues and the importance of the meeting. If you can, print them out and bring the materials with you. The Mayor of North Saanich, Peter Jones, will be attending and will speak about some important matters which are relevant to all residents of Dean Park Estates.
