Dean Park Estates Community Association (DPECA), run by a volunteer executive board 
and supported by members of the community, works to preserve and enhance the unique character of the community. It acts a liaison with the District of North Saanich, regarding matters that impact residents and the community.
By fostering open communication and collaboration, the association ensures that the values, aesthetics, and overall atmosphere that define the neighborhood are upheld. Whether through community events, regular feedback channels, or initiatives that promote shared responsibility, the association actively engages with residents to maintain a vibrant, welcoming environment.

Dean Park Estates – Dean Park Estates is a unique development created in 1975 with 782 lots zoned R-1(single family) with ⅓ acre minimum size lots. All lots have a Schedule of Restrictions that is legally registered on the Title of each property. The Schedule of Restrictions help to maintain the aesthetic beauty of the area and the comfort and safety of residents.
