For Realtors – Signage
The Schedule of Restrictions prohibits advertising signage except realtor “for sale” signs, which must comply with specific design features outlined below.
- Contact Leya Costa at Creative Sign Design (sales@creativesigndesign.ca) or phone (250-480-1747) to purchase the Dean Park Estates compliant sign.
Leya has the correct conforming format and colour scheme for your sign.
Once your sign is ready, you can pick it up from her at #5-416 Garbally Rd. - Once you have a compliant sign contact the installer of your choice to install it using the white plastic composite T post. White posts only.
- Appropriate standard size toppers (24” x 5 ¼”) can be used.
- The District of North Saanich does not allow direction signs. They will be removed by North Saanich and you may be subject to a fine.
- When the property is sold, the agent or seller contacts your preferred sign company and requests the sign be removed.
