Benefits of Being A Member

• • DPECA supports residents with covenant related matters,
  • Is the residents’ liaison with the District of North Saanich and the Province of BC as well as all levels of fire departments,
  • Helps maintain a vibrant community surrounded by natural beauty, and
  • Brings neighbours together through community events and the sharing of news.

The main source of revenue supporting these initiatives is member fees of only $25/year.
Membership runs from January 1 – December 31 of each year.

Renewing members or those wishing to join may do so using one of three methods.
Whichever way you pay, please include your name, address, email address and phone number.
E-transfer (preferred method) – Send an e-transfer for $25 to membership@dpeca.ca  (copy this email address)
Log in to your online banking, choose Interac e‑Transfer, and add this email membership@dpeca.ca as a recipient.

PayPal – Use the “Pay Now” link and use your PayPal account to pay your membership dues.
Follow the instructions on the page. Please note that PayPal will no longer be a payment option as of 2027. PAY NOW
