The Schedule of Restrictions prohibits advertising signage except realtor “for sale” signs, which must comply with specific design features outlined below.

- Once you have a compliant sign, contact the installer of your choice to install it using the white plastic composite T post. White posts only.
- Appropriate standard size toppers (24” x 5 ¼”) can be used.
- The District of North Saanich does not allow direction signs. They will be removed by North Saanich and you may be subject to a fine.
- When the property is sold, the agent or seller contacts your preferred sign company and requests the sign be removed.
