Benefits of Being A Member
- DPECA supports residents with covenant related matters.
- Serves as the residents’ liaison with the District of North Saanich, the Province of BC, and local fire departments.
- Helps maintain a vibrant community surrounded by natural beauty.
- Brings neighbours together through community events and news sharing.
The main source of revenue supporting these initiatives is member fees of $25/year (Membership runs from January 1 – December 31).
How to Join or Renew
Renewing members or those wishing to join may do so using one of three methods below. Whichever way you pay, please ensure you include your name, address, email address, and phone number with your payment.
1. Interac e-Transfer Preferred
Send $25 via your online banking using Interac e-Transfer to:
membership@dpeca.ca
2. PayPal
Pay your dues securely online using your PayPal account.
Note: PayPal will no longer be a payment option as of 2027.
3. By Mail
Send a cheque for $25 payable to DPECA to:
