| All 780 property owners in Dean Park Estates are members of the DPECA by virtue of the common Schedule of Restrictions that is registered on the title of every resident. The Dean Park Estates Community Association is the approving authority and administrator of the Schedule of Restrictions. We encourage all members to be in good standing in the Association by remitting their annual membership fee of $25 per household. |
