This is the official website of the Dean Park Estates Community
Association.  Located in North Saanich Municipality near Sidney B. C.,
Dean Park Estates is a unique development begun in 1975.  There are
782 lots zoned R-1 (single family) with 1/3 acre minimum size.

All lots have a Schedule of Restrictions (Building Scheme) which is
registered on the Title and supplements the zoning regulations.  The
Building Scheme is intended to, among others, maintain a high and
pleasing living environment and enhances property values.

This web site is intended as a source of information about Dean Park
